This week, we catch up with Stacey Stevens, our vibrant Talent Coordinator based in Cape Town. Stacey’s energy and warmth shine through as she chats with us about her journey, favorite emojis, and what makes her tick. Let’s dive into the conversation!
So, Stacey, let’s settle this once and for all – are you a cat or a dog person?
"Definitely a dog person! Fun fact: as a kid, I was terrified of dogs – once, I even almost got hit by a car running from a big one. Now, though, I can’t get enough of them, especially my mischievous pug, Olive! (Olive snaps below)," she laughs.
It’s safe to say Stacey’s love for dogs has grown exponentially since her childhood!
It sounds like Olive keeps you busy! OK, if you were a superhero, what powers would you have?
Without hesitation, Stacey answers, “My superpower would definitely be teleportation! Just imagine: I could instantly zip to any location in the world. You’d catch me sipping a cocktail on the beach on a random Monday afternoon – because let’s be real, Mondays aren’t my favourite day!”
We can’t blame her for wanting to escape the Monday blues, especially with the ability to travel anywhere in an instant!
Now, here's a fun one—what would you call your autobiography, and who would narrate it?
Stacey grins, “‘Thriving in Organized Chaos,’ and who better than Adele to narrate it?”
She explains, “Adele, because of her distinct, down-to-earth charm and witty sense of humor. Her candid personality and infectious laugh would make even the more serious or awkward moments feel light and relatable. Plus, Adele has that warm, rich voice that draws you in—she could make even the most mundane parts of a biography feel like a cozy, fun chat with an old friend.”
With that kind of narration, we’d definitely be lining up to read Stacey’s autobiography!
If you could hop into a time machine, where would you go, and why?
*Nostalgic look appears on Stacey’s face* "Take me to the early 90s. Between the iconic fashion and the golden age of hip-hop and R&B, it still has me hooked."
The 90s were indeed a vibe, and it seems like Stacey would fit right in!

“The skull emoji is for those moments where something is just so funny or outrageous that it kills me with laughter. Like, it’s probably something I shouldn’t even be laughing at, but I just can’t help it! The heart is for spreading the love, and the laughing emoji? Well, that’s just my vibe—life’s too short not to laugh until you cry!”
It’s clear Stacey brings a good sense of humor to everything she does, making sure there’s always room for laughter, whether in work or play!
