Our partnership with Great Girls: Empowering future female leaders

We believe in using our resources and expertise to make a positive impact in the communities we serve, which is why we’re proud to partner with Great Girls, a South African NGO dedicated to empowering young women from underprivileged communities as they transition from school into the workplace.

Great Girls helps develop essential skills like CV writing, interview techniques, public speaking, and navigating workplace dynamics – giving them the confidence and tools to build sustainable careers and futures.

Our involvement began when one of our team members, already mentoring with Great Girls, introduced us to their mission. Inspired, we joined mock interview sessions, helping participants prepare for the job market. The talent and drive of these women is incredibly inspirational: many aspire to careers with community impact, from criminal law to medicine.

Since then, we’ve hosted work experience days at our offices, where selected participants can immerse themselves in a professional setting. Looking ahead, we’re deepening our support by engaging their alumni networks to uncover new mentorship and collaboration opportunities.

Our partnership with Great Girls is a rewarding partnership that helps us to support underpriviledged women as they transition from school to the working world.
