Like the heartbeat of our business, you can trace the roots of Ubuntu back to Africa. This philosophy, meaning “I am, because we are”, is a guiding principle that we embraced as a founding principle of our business. But what does it mean to us and how do we show it? 

Ubuntu is the foundation of the positive values that our people embody, and we encourage our team to use it as a standard to which they hold themselves.
