We are incredibly proud of our new identity and often talk about the unique DNA that defines our culture. This is reflected in our newly developed pillars on which we built our brand; our heartbeat, the philosophy of Ubuntu and the ‘ah’ moment.

In the journey to create our new brand, we knew it was vital for us to maintain three things: authenticity, diversity and integrity. And that starts with our heartbeat.

The heartbeat theme has been threaded through the existence of our business since its inception and is a commonly used term when discussing the passion behind our people. But what does it actually mean?

Well, simply put it’s our people, or what we call – our ‘holmies’. Our holmies form the very essence of our business, radiating a vibrant, soulful and creative culture.

Our heartbeat is embodied in five key principles that make up the DNA of aston holmes:
