A new brand. A continued commitment.

When Ishpal and Brad created Aston Holmes in 2015, it was built around the idea of improving people’s lives – supporting our clients and uplifting the communities that we are part of – through the power of talent. 

Fast-forward to 2023, and we recognised that our existing brand no longer captured the essence of who we are. And so we got to work, to create a brand that truly reflects our DNA, communicates our culture and beliefs, and addresses our clients' most complex and urgent talent challenges. 

Enter our new brand. We have worked incredibly hard to ensure that the brand truly reflects who we are. That’s everything from the colour palette, which took inspiration from our African heritage, and our simple, unambiguous typography, through to our bold use of imagery to portray the vibrancy that exists in our business, and our new tag line ‘Everything you need from hi to hired’.  

We are incredibly proud to be a diverse business, and it was key that this shone through in our brand. Our strength as a team, the ideas that we create, and the way we deliver work, all stems from the diversity and individuality that we celebrate within aston holmes. 

So to make sure that our brand truly represented us at every level, we built it around three pillars: 

  1. Our heartbeat – Our people are the heartbeat of our business, and make us who we are. 

  2. The philosophy of Ubuntu – this is the philosophy on which aston holmes was built, and in its simplest form means ‘I am because of who we all are’, that together we are collectively enriched and empowered through our individuality. 

  3. The ‘ah’ moment – this is the intellect that our people bring to work every day, finding bold and creative ways to solve our clients’ most pressing and complex problems.
