We started out by conducting an end-to-end hiring process audit to identify and eliminate bottlenecks (such as unnecessary interview stages).
We then introduced structured hiring SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to ensure timely feedback and decision-making.
We leveraged our expertise in research and data to provide high-quality insights into candidate pools for in-demand roles.
Giving hiring managers real-time insight into candidate pools and market trends enabled quicker and more effective decision making.
We used technology and systems to increase efficiency (such as creating better visibility for hiring manager availability).
As well as moving fast, we also had a relentless focus on creating a candidate experience that matched our client’s employer brand.
By giving candidates an authentic insight into a career at our client from the first interaction, we created a much higher level of engagement.
This had the benefit of candidates being much more informed as they went into interviews and allowed us to ensure candidates were suited to the client from the outset, improving the quality of interviews and successful outcomes.
