The brief.

As the business approached FTSE100 territory, our client discovered that its existing RPO provider could not deliver the quality and volume of service that was now required.

Aston Holmes was brought in to deliver a new RPO strategy that improved the operational effectiveness of the recruitment solution.

We embedded a team within the client to advise our client on how to build a market leading RPO solution.

Technology underpinned the entire solution, which involved moving away from a legacy version of an outdated ATS to WorkDay. This meant recruiters were able to harness data and insights from the global system, as well as provide a better and more efficient candidate experience.

The results.

Our solution allowed our client to build an industry leading recruitment practice that delivered against its strategic priorities, immediately after the acquisition. Highlights include:

  • Led the TUPE process as part of the transition of supplier

  • Implemented an offshore sourcing and administration shared service

  • Implemented the clients first contractor RPO solution

  • Supported the reduction in agency usage to a run rate of only 8% third party hires

  • Implemented a new RPO executive search model
